In 2016, I did something unthinkable:

I bought my first investment property, sight unseen.

It was a 200-year old rowhome in Philadelphia.

Boy, was that the biggest risk I ever took.

Fast-forward 2 years later and I sold that flip for a $400K profit.

I’M JOKING!

Flipping a house is an absolute struggle.

In fact, if you think I’m going to make money like that by purchasing your home, then you’re in the wrong place.

I can assure you, I won’t.

And it’s not just me. Flipping in general is not as lucrative as most think:

The reality is, though, that most of the projects and renovations my team and I work on only result in a few percentage points of profit.
